- Press Conference Change at Imo ...
We have now got used to the lonesome press conferences with only teammates, which have been the norm since the beginning of the 2020 season due to COVID safety and precautions. Imola will be the first time in a long while where the drivers will be mixed-up.
In a wonderful turn of events, Hamilton and Vettel have been paired up together for the press conference on Thursday. Usually, this means banter, and a friendly competition between the two.

The press conferences will still be limited to just two drivers at a time, but this is a welcome change to the routine.
There are some more, however, that we should be keeping in mind too;
- Lance Stroll and George Russell
- Kimi Raikkonen and Nikita Mazepin
- Fernando Alonso and Lando Norris

It seems like some of the more veteran drivers were paired up with the younger ones, such as Raikkonen and Mazepin. The press conferences will be kicking off at Imola at 12:00 UTC (13:00 BST, 14:00 CET)!
In addition to these shake-ups, the timetable will also be different and has been changed earlier this week. This was changed due to the clash with the Royal Funeral.

Your Take – Should We Have More Mixed Conferences?
Under COVID19 restrictions the FIA wanted to keep all drivers in their bubbles as much as possible. Is now the time to move on? We always want to see your opinion on the topics we write about! Either use the form below to comment, or take a look at our contact page!
